Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of first payment. Annual plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount. Record quotas reset on each billing anniversary.訂閱從首次付款日起每月計費。年繳方案每年計費一次，享 8 折優惠。筆數配額在每個計費週年日重置。

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
